GathrUp is an all-in-one event planning app that helps you create events, invite guests, manage RSVPs, track attendance, and capture memories in one place. You can plan confidently without juggling multiple apps, chats, or spreadsheets.

• Download the GathrUp app
• Open the app and tap Sign Up
• Register using your email or Google account
• Verify your email if prompted
• Complete onboarding and start planning

If you already have an account, tap Log In instead.

If you are waiting for a verification or OTP code:

• Check your spam or promotions folder
• Make sure your email address is entered correctly
• Tap Resend Code and wait for the countdown to complete before trying again

If the issue continues, contact support using the details at the bottom of this page.

• Tap the plus button on the home screen
• Choose your event type
• Add event details such as name, date, time, and location
• Customise your event design and colours if available
• Tap Create Event

Your event will appear instantly on your dashboard.

Yes. You can edit your event details at any time:

• Open the event
• Tap Event Settings
• Make your changes
• Save updates

Changes apply immediately and are reflected for your guests.

If your event is stuck loading:

• Check your internet connection
• Close and reopen the app
• Try again after a few moments

If the issue persists, report it through the Help Centre so we can investigate.

• Open your event
• Tap Add Invitee
• Enter guest name and email
• Send the invitation

Guests will receive an email invitation and can respond directly.

Guests can mark themselves as:

• Attending
• Not Attending

You can see real-time RSVP updates on your event dashboard.

If an invite action keeps loading:

• Wait a few seconds to confirm network activity
• Avoid tapping the button repeatedly
• Refresh the event page

If the issue continues, report it so we can resolve it quickly.

Open your event and tap Guest List. You will see:

• Invited guests
• Attending guests
• Not attending guests

Counts update automatically.

You can remove or update guest details from the Guest List screen.

If a delete action confirms but continues loading, report it through support so we can fix it.

• Tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen
• Enter your registered email
• Follow the instructions sent to your email

If you see an error such as invalid credentials:

• Double-check your email and password
• Try resetting your password
• Ensure you are using the correct login method

If Google sign-up does not respond:

• Make sure you have a stable internet connection
• Ensure Google Play Services is enabled on your device
• Restart the app and try again

If the issue continues, report it to support.

If the back button or gesture does not return you to the previous screen:

• Avoid force-closing the app
• Restart the app and try again
